Hi! I’m Kat Laisaar, a pet photographer specializing in capturing authentic moments between dogs and their humans. For me, photography is a way to preserve what truly matters: love, connection, and those special moments you’ll cherish for years to come.
My journey began in childhood when I first held a film camera. My favorite subjects were always dogs. Later, my love for animals only deepened, inspired by dog movies and, of course, by the arrival of Penka in my life — a rescue dog who became my loyal companion and muse.
My creativity is deeply intertwined with my passions. Yoga teaches me patience and mindfulness, qualities I bring to every photoshoot. Books and films broaden my vision and help me see beauty in different perspectives. Traveling reminds me of the importance of capturing genuine moments, no matter where they happen.
During my photoshoots, you and your dog can simply be yourselves. There’s no need to pose or overthink. Play, walk, cuddle, and enjoy the moment. My job is to capture those real, heartfelt connections that tell your unique story.
